Weekly group yoga – A regular weekly group class conducted by one of our teachers on premises of your choice. Sessions are tailored according to the level of fitness, experience and motivations of your group and may include stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques. Classes are 1 hour in duration and are suitable for both beginners and advanced students. Classes can be ongoing or for a set period of time e.g. 6 weeks.
Meditation – Have the practice of meditation demystified. Learn effective and simple meditation practices that you can incorporate into your daily life. Group classes also include some gentle stretching and breathing as preparation to meditation. Classes may be 30 minutes to 1 hour in duration. Ideal for those wanting an introduction into yoga or wanting to enhance their yoga experience.
Personalised practice – Everyone is different. Traditionally, yoga practice was tailored to suit the needs of each individual. Experience this traditional approach to make a real difference to your health and wellbeing. Receive an extensive individual consultation and your own unique, written, personalised practice to do at home. Ideally, practices are updated on a regular basis of 4 – 6 weeks duration. Initial personal practice consultations are 40 minutes in duration, with follow-up sessions of 30 minutes and can be conducted where you do your group yoga. A perfect companion to a weekly group class!
N.B. After yoga registration forms have been completed in order to ascertain the needs and motivations of your group, our yoga teachers conduct a relevant class on your premises at a time of your convenience. Depending on overall group needs, a class may include stretching, strength work, breathing, meditation, relaxation or yoga philosophy. The choice is yours.
