Weekly group yoga – A regular weekly group class conducted by one of our teachers on your premises. Sessions are tailored according to the level of fitness, experience and motivations of each group and may include stretching, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques. Classes are generally 1 hour in duration unless otherwise requested, are conducted on a mat, and are suitable for both beginners and experienced students. Classes can be ongoing or for a set period of time, e.g. 6 weeks.
Specialised lunch time program – A practical and effective stress buster for busy people. 30 – 40 minutes in duration, this program easily fits into a lunch break allowing time to both relax and eat. Participants remain in their work clothes and are taken through gentle stretches, breathing, concentration and relaxation techniques whilst seated in a chair.
Weekly group yoga + personalised practice – Yoga Medicine’s signature approach. In conjunction with a regular weekly mat class, participants receive an individual consultation and their own unique, written, personalised practice to do at either at home, their desk or in thier lunch hour. Personalised practices are updated on a regular basis. Watch your staff transform with this perfect companion to support and enhance their regular weekly class. Group classes can be ongoing or for a set period of time, e.g. 6 - 12 weeks. Group mat classes are approximately 1 hour in duration. Initial personal practice consultations are 40– 50 minutes in duration, with follow up sessions 30 - 40 minutes.

An effective way to reduce stress. Classes can be ongoing or for a set period of time, e.g. 6 week blocks. Classes are 1 hour in duration and suitable for all levels of experience.
Meditation – Have the practice of meditation demystified. Staff will learn effective and simple meditation techniques that can be incorporated into daily life. Classes also include some gentle stretching and breathing as preparation to meditation. Classes may be 30 minutes to 1 hour in duration, can be conducted either on a mat or chair, and are suitable for all levels of experience.
Personalised practice – Everyone is different. Traditionally, yoga practice was tailored to suit the needs of each individual. Offer your employees this specialised approach to make a real difference to their health and wellbeing. Participants receive an individual consultation and their own unique, written, personalised practice to do at home. Ideally, practices are updated on a regular basis of 4 – 6 weeks. Initial personal practice consultations are conducted on site and are 40 - 50 minutes in duration, with follow up sessions 30 - 40 minutes.
Team rewards – Motivate and reward your team with a series of on-site yoga classes, a one-off session, personalised practices, or a morning or afternoon of stress reducing techniques. An ideal way for your corporation to offer a meaningful reward to your employees, with long lasting effects.
