Weekly group yoga – A regular weekly group class conducted by one of our teachers on your premises. Sessions are tailored according to the level of fitness, experience and motivations of your group and may include stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques. Classes are 1 hour in duration and are suitable for both beginners and advanced students. Classes can be ongoing or for a set period of time e.g. 6 weeks.

Weekly group yoga + personalised practice – Yoga Medicine’s signature approach. In conjunction with a regular weekly class, you receive an extensive individual consultation and your own unique, written, personalised practice to do at home, your desk or in your lunch hour. Practices are updated on a regular basis. Transform yourself with this perfect companion to support and enhance your regular weekly class. Classes can be ongoing or for a set period of time e.g 6 weeks. Group classes are 1 hour in duration. Initial personal practice consultations are 40 - 50 minutes in duration, with follow up sessions of 30 - 40 minutes.

Weekly group yoga + meditation – As part of your weekly class incorporating stretching, breathing and relaxation, you are introduced to simple and effective meditation techniques to focus and clear the mind. An effective stress buster. Classes can be ongoing or for a set period of time e.g. 6 weeks. Classes are 1 hour in duration and are suitable for beginners to advanced students.

Meditation – Have the practice of meditation demystified. Learn effective and simple meditation practices that you can incorporate into your daily life. Classes also include some gentle stretching and breathing as preparation to meditation. Classes may be 30 minutes to 1 hour in duration. Ideal for those wanting an introduction into yoga or looking to deepen their yoga experience.

Personalised practice – Everyone is different. Traditionally, yoga practice was tailored to suit the needs of each individual. Experience this traditional approach to make a real difference to your health and wellbeing. Receive an extensive individual consultation to tailor your own unique, written, personalised practice for you to do at home. Ideally, practices are updated on a regular basis of 4 – 6 weeks duration. Initial personal practice consultations are 40 minutes in duration, with follow up sessions of 30 minutes, and can be conducted at your workplace.
